Mein privates Rezept hier: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15 -20 Holunderbl\u00fctendolden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml Orangensaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml Apfelsaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 ml Zitronensaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g Gelierzucker (2:1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 P. Vanillezucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 P. Gelierhilfe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 P. Zitronens\u00e4ure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd TL Nelken gemahlen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd TL Kurkuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd TL Ingwerpaste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Msp. Dann in einen Topf abseihen, Gew\u00fcrze hinzugeben, die Herdplatte erw\u00e4rmen und zuletzt den Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen. Maximal 4 Minuten kochen und noch hei\u00df in die Gl\u00e4ser geben.
