Das ist zun\u00e4chst eine bemerkenswerte Umkehrung demokratischer Kausalit\u00e4t. Normalerweise ver\u00e4ndert der W\u00e4hler mit seiner Stimme die Politik. Hier soll die Politik die gesellschaftlichen Verh\u00e4ltnisse so ver\u00e4ndern, dass der W\u00e4hler k\u00fcnftig anders stimmt.
